Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2026 Goochland County Budget by transferring and appropriating up to $110,000 from the Department of Public Utilities to the Capital Improvement Program Fund for the Courthouse Elevated Storage Tank Air Stripping System Project and authorizing the County Administrator to execute and enter into all agreements to complete the project
