UM, THERE IS A TASTING ROOM AND SOME OUTDOOR SEATING AND SOME RETAIL SALES THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THAT, UM, SIDE

AND THEY REQUESTED YOU TO STAY UP, IS REQUESTING TO ADD A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN THAT'S APPROXIMATELY GOING TO 24 SQUARE FEET IN SIZE, AND THAT WOULD ALLOW THEM TO EXPAND THEIR FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS HERE.
UM, THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN WOULD ALLOW THEM TO OPERATE AS A RESTAURANT, UH, WHICH REQUIRES THE REVISE CUP AND ON THE SCREEN ARE THE ELEVATIONS AND THE FLOOR PLAN THAT THEY SUBMITTED, UM, THAT REFLECT THE CHARACTER OF WHAT THEY'RE PROPOSING TO BUILD ON THE SITE.
THE GOOD ACCEPTS A PLAN JUST TIPPED IT TO HIGHLIGHT THE TWO IMPROVEMENTS THEY'VE MENTIONED.
UM, THE, ONE OF THE AREAS POINTS TO THE, SORT OF THE ORANGE SQUARE, WHICH IS THE APPROXIMATE LOCATION OF THAT, UH, THAT THEY'RE IN 24 SQUARE FOOT KITCHEN.
UM, AND THEY ALSO WERE GOING TO PROVIDE SOME ADDITIONAL PARKING, UM, ON THE SITE, AS FAR AS THE, UH, PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS.
THAT WOULD BE THAT NEW COMMERCIAL KITCHEN STRUCTURE.
UH, THEY ALSO INDICATE THAT INDICATED THEY HAD TO UPGRADE THEIR SEPTIC SYSTEM.
UH, THERE'S NO ADDITIONAL SEATING THAT'S CONTEMPLATED WITH THIS PROPOSAL.
THEY DID WANT TO ADD THAT PARKING AREA, UM, INCLUDED IN THIS APPLICATION AS A WAIVER TO ALLOW THE GRAVEL PARKING, UH, THE SITE HAS EXISTING GRAVEL PARKING TODAY.
SO THIS WAIVER WOULD COVER ALL THE PARKING AND DRIVE OFF.
THE IDEA IS TO ALLOW THEM TO REMAIN GRAVEL.
UM, DURING OUR, UH, REVIEW OF THIS, UH, FIRE RESCUE AND COMMITTEE STAFF JUST NOTED ONE CONCERN THAT WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED WITH THE SITE PLAN REVIEW.
UM, THE DRYWALL WOULD NEED TO BE 20 FEET IN WIDTH.
IT DIDN'T APPEAR TO BE THAT, UM, BUT THAT WOULD BE ONE IMPACT, UM, OF, UH, THE SITE PLAN REVIEW ANTICIPATE THAT THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE WHAT AND HEY, COMMUNITY MEETING IN DECEMBER.
UH, NO ONE ATTENDED, UH, AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, THIS IS DESIGNATED ROLE ENHANCEMENT AREA AND THE CONFERENCE OF PLAN A PROPERLY DESIGNED, OPERATED AND REGULATED A RESTAURANT MAY BE CONSISTENT WITH THE CONFERENCE OF PLAN, UM, WITH THE RURAL HANDS-FREE DESIGNATION WITH THE CONDITIONS.

UH, NUMBER SEVEN AS A STANDARD CONDITION THAT, UH, ANY INTERNET ACCESS ROADS HAVE TO BE PROVED BY FIRE RESCUE AND CD STAFF.
UH, NUMBER EIGHT WOULD REQUIRE THE IMPROVEMENTS TO GENERALLY CONFORM WITH THAT CONCEPTUAL PLAN.
