WHEN WE, THE MORE RECENT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WAS ISSUED FOR ST.
GERTRUD, FOR, FOR THE, FOR THE GIRLS' SCHOOL, THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT ON THAT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
WE DON'T HAVE HERE AN ATHLETIC FEEL THAT'S ISOLATED OFF FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT YOU, YOU'RE IS JUST SITTING THERE BY ITSELF IF THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS GRANTED.
AND THESE FIELDS ARE PUT IN PLACE AS A PRACTICAL MATTER, THEY ARE PART OF THE SCHOOL, JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL BENEDICTINE PERMIT HAD NO TIME LIMITATIONS, NOR DID THE, THE ST.
GERT RICHARD ONE HAVE ANY, IF THESE COME INTO PLAY.
THIS ISN'T OUT ISOLATED AS A SEPARATE ATHLETIC THING SOMEWHERE OUT THAT'S JUST STANDING ALONE.
IT'S ACTUALLY PART AND PARCEL OF THE SCHOOL FACILITY ITSELF.
AND I THINK FOR CONSISTENCY PURPOSES, IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO TAKE ONE PART OF THE SCHOOL, WHICH THESE ATHLETIC FIELDS WOULD BE AND PLACE A TIME LIMITATION ON THEM.
IN ADDITION TO THAT, I MEAN, AS YOU KNOW, UH, AND YOU, YOU SAW THE AERIAL WITH ALL THE TREES, THERE IS A SUBSTANTIAL INVESTMENT IN GETTING THESE FIELDS INTO PLACE.
YOU'RE GONNA CLEAR OUT SOME TREES.
YOU GOTTA PUT IN THESE BUFFERS.
YOU GOTTA BUILD THE BEMS, YOU GOTTA GET THE TRACKS INTO PLACE.
YOU GOTTA GET YOUR, YOUR FIELDS UP THERE.
THERE'S A, YOU KNOW, THERE IS AN ECONOMIC, UH, EXPENDITURE THERE THAT WOULD NEVER BE RECOUPED BY BENEDICTINE OR ANYBODY ELSE IN FIVE YEARS, BUT IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO JUST SEGREGATE THIS ONE PART OF WHAT IT IS A WHOLE SCHOOL AND SAY, NOW THIS ONE PART, YOU GOTTA COME BACK EVERY FIVE YEARS.
