THE PROPERTY WAS PART OF PROFF CONCEPTUAL PLANS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED WITH CASES RZ 20 17 1 AND RZ 20 17 1 A.
THE PROPERTY IS OWNED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT RPUD WITH PROFFERED CONDITIONS.
THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATES THIS AREA AS PRIME ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA, UM, AND STAFF IS RECOMMENDING DEFERRAL TO THE NOVEMBER 20, UH, 21ST 2024 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AND MS. SHERRY HAS SOMETHING TO ADD.
UM, I JUST WANTED TO CLARIFY THAT STAFF IS MAKING THE RECOMMENDATION FOR DEFERRAL BASED ON SOME CONVERSATIONS THAT WE HAD WITH THE APPLICANT, UM, AND WE NEEDED SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CLARITY.
WE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO DO THE REVIEW TO ADEQUATELY BE ABLE TO EXPRESS OUR, UM, OUR REVIEW IN THE STAFF REPORT.

THERE WILL BE AN APPLICATION, UH, THAT WAS HEARD BY THE COMMISSION LAST MONTH OR A MONTH AGO FOR A, UM, FAMILY ACCESSORY HOUSING UNIT.
THIS APPLICATION IS FOR A CUP BY DONALD AND CAROL, UM, DONALDSON.
THEN THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HAS, UH, SIX PUBLIC HEARINGS.

UM, DENNIS HOLMES IN DISTRICT TWO IS REQUESTING A REZONING FOR A FAMILY SUBDIVISION AND IS REQUESTING THROUGH THE REZONING EXCEPTIONS TO TWO SEPARATE ROAD REQUIREMENTS.
WE HAVE A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST IN DISTRICT THREE, UH, WHICH IS MOUNT BERNARD.
THEY ARE REQUESTING A, UH, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PUBLIC PLACE OF ASSEMBLY AS WELL AS A SHORT TERM RENTAL UNHOSTED.
UM, THEN WE HAVE IN DISTRICT FOUR AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT THAT WAS APPROVED BACK IN 2018, UH, FOR AN ACCESSORY FAMILY HOUSING UNIT DETACHED, AS WELL AS ADDING A HOME-BASED BUSINESS TO, UM, THAT EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
UH, IN DISTRICT FIVE WE HAVE MOSAIC, UH, HH HUNT MOSAIC, LLC.
THEY ARE REQUESTING A POP PROFFER AMENDMENT TO A, UM, THE EXISTING REZONING CASE, WHICH IS RZ 2 0 1 7 0 0 0 1 TO ALLOW FOR THREE ADDITIONAL LOTS.
UH, THAT IS THE CASE THAT WE, UM, ARE DEFERRING THIS EVENING AND AS WELL AS A COUNTYWIDE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT, UH, TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE, WHICH WOULD ALLOW ADDITIONAL SIGNAGE FOR, UM, UM, INDUSTRIAL PARKS.
WE ALSO HAVE THREE COMMUNITY MEETINGS I'D LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR ATTENTION.
UM, THE SIGN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT THAT I JUST MENTIONED TO YOU, WE'LL BE HAVING A COMMUNITY MEETING ON OCTOBER 30TH THAT'S GOING TO BE HERE AT THE, UM, COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.
AND THAT IS GONNA BE ON THE 30TH AT SIX O'CLOCK.
WE ALSO HAVE, UH, A CONDITION, I MEAN A, ANOTHER COMMUNITY MEETING FOR HARRISON, WHICH IS A RENEWAL OF A CUP FOR A RETAIL USE.
UM, THE MEETING WILL BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 4TH AT 6:00 PM AND LASTLY, WE HAVE, UH, STRICKLAND MANUFACTURING AND DISTRICT FOUR.
UM, THEY ARE, UM, LOOKING TO DO A CUP FOR AN OFFICE WAREHOUSE AND OUTDOOR STORAGE.
AND THAT'S IN DISTRICT THREE ON OCTOBER 29TH AT 6:00 PM AND THAT IS, UM, LOCATED ON SITE, OR I HAVE IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME ON MERCHANT'S LANE THAT WILL BE HELD AT 1 0 7 0 MERCHANTS LANE.
