UH, FOR MY UPDATE TONIGHT, I'M GOING TO, UH, LET YOU KNOW WHICH CASES WILL BE BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, UM, THE PLANNING COMMISSION NEXT MONTH, AS WELL AS ANY COMMUNITY MEETINGS, UH, THAT WILL BE COMING UP, UM, IN THE NEXT MONTH OR SO.
UH, THE JANUARY 7TH, UH, 2025 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING WAS RESCHEDULED TO THE 21ST OF THIS MONTH BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER.
THERE WILL BE THREE PUBLIC HEARINGS.
UH, THE FIRST ONE IS A COUNTYWIDE INDUSTRIAL SIGN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT.
UH, THIS IS TO AMEND SIGN ORDINANCE AS IT RELATES TO INDUSTRIAL PARKS.
UM, THERE IS ALSO A, AN APPLICATION IN DISTRICT TWO BY DENNIS HOLMES.
THIS IS A REQUEST FROM, UM, A REZONING FROM A ONE, UM, AGRICULTURAL GENERAL TO AGRICULTURAL GENERAL WITH PROFFERS TO, UM, TO ASK FOR A WAIVER FOR TURN LANE AND ROAD STANDARDS.
AND LASTLY, IN DISTRICT ONE, LESTER AND KIMBERLY ROBBINS WILL BE REQUESTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN ACCESSORY FAMILY HOUSING UNIT DETACHED.

UM, THEIR, UH, CONCEPTUAL PLAN TO ADD AN OFFICE BUILDING.
AND, UM, IN DISTRICT TWO TREK PROPERTIES WILL BE REQUESTING A SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, UM, EXCEPTION.
THIS WILL BE TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL ACCESS DRIVE.
THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC HEARING FOR MARKEL EAGLE, WHICH IS A REZONING ON, UM, ROCKVILLE ROAD FOR, UM, THIS IS IN DISTRICT FOUR.
AND LASTLY IN DISTRICT FIVE, UM, THE MR. HOFFA WILL BE HERE TO REQUEST A REZONING ON PATTERSON AVENUE FOR, UM, A, UM, TO REZONE TO RO, WHICH IS RESIDENTIAL OFFICE FOR AN OFFICE.
WE ARE ANTICIPATING THAT, UM, WE'LL BE HAVING A MEETING SCHEDULED APPROXIMATELY SOMETIME IN MID-MARCH FOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
THIS WILL BE A WORK SESSION THAT WILL BE FOLLOWED BY A REGULAR MEETING.
UM, THIS WILL BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO, THE WORK SESSION WILL BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO DISCUSS THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN.
AND THEN, UM, AFTER THE, UM, THE WORK SESSION, YOU WOULD THEN HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO, UM, VOTE TO SUBMIT THIS TO, UH, THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AS PART OF THE BUDGET ADOPTION.

THIS WILL BE AT 6:00 PM AND WILL BE AT THE GOR, UH, GLAND SPORTS COMPLEX.
AND THERE WILL ALSO BE A COMMUNITY MEETING FOR MARKEL EAGLE.
UM, THIS IS FOR A ROCKVILLE, UH, THEIR, UM, APPLICATION ON ROCKVILLE ROAD TO REZONE FOR, UM, A RESIDENTIAL, UH, SUBDIVISION.
