I NOW LIVE ACROSS 64 FROM THE LAND IN QUESTION WITH 2.4 ACRES ON THE OTHER SIDE OF 64 NEXT TO THIS LAND TRACK.
DUE TO THE GREAT PLANNING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WHEN 64 CAME THROUGH, BECAUSE OF THEIR GREAT PLANNING, I NOW HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON THIS LAND EVERY YEAR.
AND I'VE BEEN LOCKED, LANDLOCKED FROM GETTING TO IT.

THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL HOLD, UM, THEIR BUDGET HEARING ON APRIL 1ST.
SO BECAUSE OF THAT, THE BOARD WILL HEAR THE PUBLIC HEARINGS, UM, BEFORE THEM ON APRIL 15TH.
IN DISTRICT THREE, THERE IS AN APPLICATION BY STRICKLAND MANUFACTURING TO AMEND AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ADD ADDITIONAL, AN ADDITIONAL BUILDING TO THE PROPERTY.
