SO STARTING WITH THE PUBLIC HEARINGS AT THE NOVEMBER BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETINGS, THERE WILL BE TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS.
UM, IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE TIME, DATE AND LOCATION OF THIS MEETING IS NOT THE NORMAL, UH, SCHEDULE FOR THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, WHICH IS USUALLY THE FIRST TUESDAY BECAUSE OF THE ELECTION.
