SO ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLOSE PROXIMITY OF INDUSTRIAL HYPERSCALE AI DATA CENTERS TO RESIDENTIAL AREAS INCLUDE MISCARRIAGE, KIDNEY DISEASE, RESPIRATORY ILLNESS, AND CANCER. AS FOR WEALTH, I'M SPEAKING ABOUT AN AMERICAN SINGLE MOST GREATEST INVESTMENT IN THIS LIFE, THEIR HOME. HE SPENT, UH, SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TIME WITH US AND I WILL GET INTO THAT IN JUST A FEW MOMENTS. SO WE ACTUALLY BEGAN THIS PROJECT BACK IN THE FALL. UH, WE BEGAN MEETING AS OUR PROJECT TEAM TO LOOK AT THE END GOAL OF THIS PROJECT. WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT NOT ONLY WAS THE INFORMATION THAT WE WERE GONNA BE GETTING FROM SAY HR WOULD BE VIEWED THE SAME WAY AS THE INFORMATION WE WERE GETTING FROM GENERAL SERVICES. SO HOW DO WE TAKE ALL OF THIS DIFFERENT INFORMATION, PUT IT INTO A SYSTEM THAT'S DIGESTIBLE AND EASY TO USE? UH, WE WERE ABLE TO DETERMINE THAT USING POWER BI WOULD BE A GOOD, UH, END PRODUCT FOR US. WE WERE ABLE TO CREATE THIS WITHOUT SPENDING ANY ADDITIONAL MONEY. THIS IS A SYSTEM WE ALREADY HAD ACCESS TO. UM, SO THROUGH THAT PROCESS THEN WE HAD TO FIGURE OUT WITH OUR PROJECT TEAM WHO HAD EXPERIENCE WITH POWER BI, HOW WE WERE GONNA BUILD THIS. AND THAT'S WHERE TEGAN, UH, TUO AND CSB CAME IN. HE SPENT HOURS WITH US TEACHING US HOW TO USE IT. UH, SO WE BRIEFED OUR COUNTY LEADERSHIP TEAM, WHICH IS OUR DEPARTMENT HEADS IN NOVEMBER, AND GAVE THEM, CHARGED THEM WITH GIVING US THEIR DATA STRAIGHT OUT OF THEIR SYSTEMS. WE DIDN'T WANT THIS TO BE A HUGE LIFT ON ANY OF THEM. GIVE IT TO US STRAIGHT HOW IT COMES OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM. WE'RE GONNA CLEAN IT UP, SEE HOW WHAT WE NEED TO DO. WE RECEIVED THAT FIRST ROUND OF DATA FROM THEM IN DECEMBER. USED IT, CLEANED IT UP IN JANUARY TO KIND OF DO OUR PROOF OF CONCEPT. MANY OF THESE AREAS ARE ADJACENT TO RURAL RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES, FARMS, HISTORIC RESOURCES, SCENIC CORRIDORS, AND CONSERVATION LANDS THAT WERE NEVER CONTEMPLATED AS LOCATIONS FOR UTILITY INTENSIVE TECHNOLOGY CAMPUSES.
